This Privacy Notice explains how WannaTrack ("WannaTrack", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our project management service at https://wannatrack.com and related applications. It also describes your rights under applicable data protection law and how to exercise them.
Who this applies to
This Notice covers visitors to our website, people who create or join an organization, and members invited to collaborate on a workspace. If your team administers your account, some choices described here may be managed by your organization's owner or admins.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign up or are invited: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and profile details.
- Workspace content you create in the product: projects, tickets, comments, documents, attachments, and related metadata.
- Usage and device data generated as you use the service: log entries, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and feature interactions.
- Billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored by us.
- Integration data when you connect a third-party tool, such as importing a project from Jira or linking GitHub pull requests.
How we use your information
We process your information to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, deliver notifications you have opted into, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, and comply with our legal obligations. Where required, we rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, or our legitimate interests in running and improving the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), with other members of your organization as part of normal collaboration, and where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When an organization is deleted, we remove its data after a short recovery window, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
