Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WannaTrack (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. An organization's owners and admins control membership, roles, and settings for that workspace, and may add or remove members and access content within it.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that policy.

Plans, billing, and changes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Charges are based on the number of seats and the storage your organization uses, as described on our pricing page. You can change plans at any time; changes are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service for you and your organization. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload, including anything imported from another tool.

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WannaTrack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
